The film will see Jim Sturgess as a gifted shoe designer with a foot fetish, who faces pressure from his family to turn his cretaive footwear into mass-market products. In order to tempt him into becoming a famous designer, his mother rumorued to be played by Susan Sarandon! The Big Shoe is meant to be dark, hilarious and chocablock crammed to the brim with beautiful shoes - what could be better, eh? So far, it hasn't been confirmed when shooting will begin - but we have a feeling studios will want to snap up this project fast at the European Film Market - a flick which features Kristen Stewart, beautiful shoes and a foot fetish is a total must-see!
