		<description>Thanks for mentioning ticTOCs.  Somehow my link to your post from our project blog has ended up as a comment on your post.

Anyway, one thing we will be developing is links direct from journals at publishers' websites to ticTOCs - one-click chicklets.  Another thing will be to facilitate easy ways for libraries to put one-click chicklets to ticTOCs on their journals lists.  And also ways to aggregate selected TOC feeds and embed them in, for example, departmental or research project websites.  The idea is to make the whole process of finding and viewing TOC feeds as easy as possible.
